In some ways it seems silly and pretentious to write all this out, but given the nature of what a personal blog is I’m going to try and get through it… First off some direction through definition: Expanding: 1. For a couple of weeks now, I’ve been working on getting my arm balances back into shape… Hitting one-legged crow consistently now, along with crow pose… And I hit my first Planche today! It wasn’t the prettiest thing, but that will come with practice! Onwards and upwards!
